Technical support after the project launch and the expiration of the warranty period is achieved through active logITCare contract that includes website maintenance. The contract is signed for at least one year with possible monthly or annual payment.

LogITCare is the name of the annual contract service through which we regularly maintain and nurture your website. For a minimal logITCare contract of only 380 HRK + VAT per month you get premium services such as: availability and direct contact with logIT's experts to solve your problems, extended warranty on the correction of any bugs that we’ll remove for free, exclusive discounts on all services that you use now or plan to order in the future, and a faster approach to solving your queries.

WARRANTY
You are safe from eventual bugs
Although our applications are extremely stable, there is no error-free software. Reported bugs will be removed free of charge.
